One property turned into the deposit for the next.

One property turned into the deposit for the next.

A client of mine bought well and has now built over $300k in equity.

Instead of letting it sit there, we used that equity as the deposit for their next investment property, without needing to save a cash deposit for the purchase.

This is how you use equity to build wealth, by making your property work for you, not just owning it.

DM “EQUITY” and let’s see if this could be possible for you.

Thinking about refinancing but worried about ‘starting another 30-year loan?’

Here’s the thing, refinancing over 30 years doesn’t mean you’ll be paying your loan off for another 30 years.

For many borrowers, it’s simply a strategy to reduce monthly repayments and improve cash flow. You can always pay extra, refinance again, or shorten your loan term later as your circumstances change.

Every situation is different, so it’s important to understand your options before making a decision.

What do lenders actually care about when assessing

What do lenders actually care about when assessing your loan?

It comes down to four key things:
- Income — what’s coming in
- Expenses — what’s going out
- Liabilities — debts and commitments
- Genuine savings — proving you can save consistently

It’s not just about how much you earn — it’s about the full picture. Knowing where you stand before applying can make all the difference.

A variable rate loan offers flexibility, access to features like offset accounts and redraw, and the potential to benefit when rates fall. But it also means your repayments can change over time.

The right loan structure depends on your goals, budget, and future plans, not just the interest rate.

If you’re wondering whether a variable rate loan is the right fit for you, let’s have a conversation.

Fixed or variable? It’s one of the most common questions I’ve been asked in the past few weeks.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Fixed gives you certainty, variable gives you flexibility.

The right choice comes down to your goals, plans, and risk appetite.
